出版社的资源配置
摘  要
本文研究了出版社的资源配置问题,这是1个典型的整数优化模型。
首先,我们利用Excel和Matlab软件对附件中的信息进行选取和分析,提取了大量的有用数据,然后根据这些数据以及题目要求,提出强势度的概念,它是在综合考虑满意度及市场占有率的基础上获得的。其次,我们利用所提取的信息,将所考虑的问题建立了1个两步分配优化模型,第1步分配时,以总社的最大经济效益为目标,融入了强势度的思想建立了1个整数优化模型,第2步分配时,是各个分社将各自从总社分配到的书号数合理的分配给下属各个课程,同样考虑的是分社的最大经济效益。
在建模过程中,对于推断第2年的预计销售量时,我们提出了两个不同的模型,第1个模型是多项式回归模型,第2个模型是线性回归模型。针对两个不同的模型,然后得出了不同的分配结果。根据其不同的分配方案得出的结果进行比较,我们把第2个模型作为参考模型。用LINGO软件求解,得到2006年各分社的分配方案如下:

在此基础上,我们又建立了以各分社的经济效益最大化为目标的优化模型,解决了各分社所属课程的书号数分配方案,见下表:

我们对结果及方法进了分析,对模型的优缺点也进了评价。最后,我们结合所提取的信息及其模型提出了几条可行的建议。

The allocation of resources for publishing house
Abstract
This article has studied the problem for the allocation of resources for publishing house. This is a typical integer optimization model. Firstly, we use Excel and the SPSS software to carry on the selection and analyse to appendix information.For this ,we chose the massive useful data. According to these data as well as topic request, and through consider the degree of satisfaction and marketshare roundly, we proposed the concept of degree of power.. Secondly, We use the information which we have chose to establish an optimization model for two step of assignments.When assigning firstly, by the biggest economic as the goal, we established an integer optimization model which melted into the degree of power. When assigning Secondly, each branch will assign the book from the main agency for the subordinate eachcurriculum respectively, We also considered the branchs maximum economic efficiency.
In the process of modelling, we established two different models. The first model is the polynomial regression model, the second model is the linear regression model. Contrapose the two different models,we compared the two models’s results, we take the first model as the reference model. We obtained various branches the assignment plan in 2006 as follows:

In this foundation, we have established the optimized model to take various brancheseconomic maximization as the goal, we obtained various course the assignment plan in 2006 as follows ,sees the next table:

Finally,we analysised the result of the problem and the information which we have chose , we put forward several feasible proposals for publishing house.
