语言文学毕业论文-秘书职业化进程的障碍问题及其调适对策

 


摘   要

秘书职业队伍随着经济的发展和中国的入世而迅速发展和强大,秘书这1职业对于任何1个企、事业单位团体来说都是不可或缺的。秘书职业在我国是最近几年才兴盛起来的,而且很有发展的潜力,但至今它还不是1个真正意义上的职业。在我国,目前人们没有把它等同于会计、律师等职业,而要改变这1局面,就只有职业化这1道路。但由于1系列内外因素使它的职业化脚步很缓慢:外部因素有传统观念的未能转变、物质福利待遇的低下、社会上的声望不够高等,内部因素包括秘书职业的工作性质和从业人员素质参差不齐等。本文针对这几个问题对其进行了具体的分析,并就每1个问题提出了相应的调适的建议。

ABSTRACT

 As the economic development and China’s entry into the WTO,the occupation of secretary has fast developed and become strongther.Secertary is come on to prosper in recent years and it’s has a developing potention.But it isn’t as the same as the accountant and lawyer and also didn’t acted as a occupation in our country,So only to make it to a professional one can change this situation.But it evolved slowly caused by some obstacle.The outside factor is the unchanged traditionalism,the lower treatment and reputation in society and so on;the inside one include the character of the job,the irregular attainment of the stuff,act.This article analysed the above question frondose and presented my advise aim at every problem.      Key words: Secertary; professional; obstruction ; countermeasure
